Sorry, I got the time difference wrong so the times I stated were wrong. Regardless though, Tiranis made his pick at 6:03. So as of 7:03 SK's hour was up, and RM was on the clock. As of 9:03 RM's hour was up, and Ubi was on the clock. As of 10:03 it was LS's pick.
When SK made his pick, it was already 47 minutes into RM's turn (RM just hadn't chosen yet either). Otherwise you gave SK 1h 47m for his pick. I thought he only had an hour?

Btw, one hour thing was set by CCF23, I never agreed to it being that fast

That's fair. So basically we skip 1 person (consecutively) max? i.e. RM could've picked because SK's hour was up, but RM isn't actually considered 'on the clock' (i.e. his hour doesn't start) until SK actually makes his pick? However, if RM makes his pick then since he would PM Ubi so Ubi's hour would actually start then.
That way you are only ever on the clock after you get a PM from the person immediately before you.

Maybe...., I don't know how CCF imagined it to be...but I had different scenarios in my mind. This way it can still go really slow if we're waiting for two people to go...cause we can't skip more than two.
Is the clock still running when we're all sleeping? lol....Free for all draft?

yeah clock has to stop at midnight and resume around 9 am otherwise this is ridiculous lol
You have one hour to pick, if you dont pick in your hour, the next person can come on and pick in their hour, then whenever the person who missed their pick comes on they can pick. As soon as one hour is done, the next one starts. Your hour does not begin whenever the person before you, who missed their pick comes on and picks, it begins on the hour. At the end of the round, everyone stops and waits for all the people who missed picks in that round to come on and pick. The clock always stops between 12-8 am.
