Yes. You need to create a path and then align text along the path. I'll post one of the YT video tutorials:
Unlike the video you won't need to curve your path for a diagonal text. The rest is basically the same.
EDIT - Even easier than that, just click on the rotate button and rotate your text layer.

I went to a private christian school for k-9 and sex-ed didn't really teach much about safe sex, but more "don't do it unless your married". I don't think anyone in my grade has gotten pregnant but it was almost all guys. However my sister's grade was the opposite and three or four girls in her grade got pregnant in high school (of out like 30) and she didn't know anyone who went to public school that got pregnant.
Its totally true. Education is huge. Not gonna stop people from doing it, may as well teach them how to do it properly.
I grew up with the no sex till marriage philosophy, but I also went to public school and was a prude. Definitely important to teach safety first. And hope yourkids don't mess up too much.
