They have Florida's 2nd from the Versteeg trade. Panthers have the choice if they want it to be 2012 or 2013.

More details on that 2012/2013 2nd round pick:

The second rounder is a conditional pick that the Flyers acquired from the Florida Panthers in the Kris Versteeg deal.

The Panthers have the right to make this either a 2012 or 2013 pick prior to the beginning of the 2nd-round of this year's draft.
