I bet if Renney could play him for 24 minutes in the first period he would.

Normally i would agree, but everybody already knew of Hemsky's injuries past, so it's not as big of an issue.

Tampa still got a 2nd & 4th from Philly after sitting Kubina to "protect the asset", it didn't affect much.

If Hemsky got injured, it'll be a travesty that we do not get anything for him. He had a decent last few games, quit while you are ahead with this particular case.

You misspelled Kessler. His name has only 6 asterisks.

Seguin is a good player, but Hall just has that extra gear and drive. Too bad most of HF still thinks Hall is in a slump still.

And fans will want the new coach fired and next one and the next one and the next one. Whoever coaches in Edmonton will be criticized since Slats didn't hire him.

Look at the coach that Slats hired in New York. He is doing pretty well. Coaches to the strengths of his team, doesnt make excuses, and coaches to win.

This is the kind of game to go buy a 6 pack of brewhouse to make the loss go down easier. Plus I can't afford better beer.

If nobody gets injured and at least one of Hall/Eberle/Gagner get a point, I'll be satisfied.

He is the one that knees Hall, Hall yells at him for it and Bieksa challenges him to a fight. Coward.
Just for the record, Bieksa has fought:
Barnaby
Moen
Ference
Jean-Francois Jacques
Clark
Tootoo
DeVries
O'Donnell
Eagar
Richards
Kostopolous
Voros
Mayers

Decent resume for a middleweight who is also a top-3 D on his team.

Yeah he has had some guys force him into fighting. His display in the playoffs last year was pure cowardice.

I wonder how many penalties Eager will get tonight and I wonder how many of them he will deserve.

It seems to me like the refs have put a target on his back in games against Vancouver so far this year. It probably has something to do with what happened in the playoffs last year.

I bet he and Hordichuck both get penalties for making Canucks players piss themselves from being scared.
