Hm, I see, thanks for the responses. Glad that goal helped the flyers keep up with Pitt (73pts) and NJD (74).

Just watched the highlights.

As my girlfriend would say, re-donk-u-lous.

Huge props to JVR for effort on that tying goal...if only he worked so hard every night.

Defense, meh, 4 GA yet again, but WPG has had an amazing PP lately.

I've really loved watching him play this year. This was one of those game's where he was just enforcing his will on guys literally half his age. His beard is halfway to gray! He's Gandalf, I guess. Absolutely incredible season for a 39-40 year old.

Moves like Gandalf.

well when your goalie lets in beach balls from the top of the circle, it's hard not to let in 4 GA.

I realize I'm grasping at straws, but when bryz made that save in OT, it was the most confident he's looked in making a tough save in a long time.

almost like he was like, they fought back for me, and there is no way I'm giving another one up.

Maybe the start of more confident and ultimately much better play?

From Twitter:

Quote:
@saraorlesky: Laviolette on Bryzgalov: feels he would probably like a couple of goals back. Didn't consider making change in net after 4th goal
Quote:
@saraorlesky: Bryzgalov said he loved playing here. Joked he never has 15k fans chanting his name.In Philly they boo him, here they chanted his name
Of course, the last sentence in the last one is subjective, because Jets fans don't have to deal with him every game.

Only caught this game late last night on Gamecenter. Best game of the season IMO. Really like Hartnell/Simmonds together. Not so happy about the way the D handled the puck in their own zone though. Lost count of the crappy passes and turnovers.

Try counting them for the other team next time. You'll enjoy it.

He played great in the game before as well...and at the beginning of the season when healthy.

You can't blame him for being a step behind his normal self when he's hurt.

after the match he said he feels confident, but also admited he did some mistakes.
But i don't believe him on that one
if he would feel confident he wouldn't be worried about fans, there is something in his head

careful ..... that won't be too popular around here .... but you're not alone

that, and the glove save after goal 4 were his best all year .... encouraging to see some fight back from him ..... i loved the comments about the fans ..... having fun with it, instead of cowering .....

the homes fan should do the chant @ home
