Well I worked there for 4 years and on my break I'd always go up to standing room and watch. Always loved it up there for some reason.

This certainly feels like a winnable game but could be one of the toughest ones in a while. Tired of getting pushed around by the Caps this season, if the Canes can spank em 5-0, surely we can handle them too.
Green is back?

Wow, shows how much attention I've been paying to the Capitals. Time for Karlsson to show him up by playing better offense AND defense than Green.

I remember watching highlights of Green during their big seasons and I was pretty amazed at the time.

It's only a question of how his rash of injuries will have affected his career.

I expect we won't really know anything until next season, provided he can finish this one healthy and rehab/get fit over the summer.

Green's been underwhelming since his two big seasons. Playing at about 0.5 PPG, but Caps fans will tell you he's miles better defensively. Injuries have definitely played a big part.

I have Green in my pool so it'll be nice to have him playing again.

Karlsson is the NEW Green. With how little he's played the last two seasons and how average he has been when he has played, it's easy to forget that Green had seasons of 73 and 76 points, hell the guy had THIRTY ONE goals just a few years ago.

If he were to get his game back at any point, he could instantly turn Washington around and help them take the Southeast.

Cannot go tonight, but if you're interested in going Saturday or Sunday vs Boston/NYI, I'd be down!

Great seasons no doubt, but he had Ovechkin and Backstrom putting up 100 points in front of him on team that was racking up wins.

Even though caps have had issues this season, no need to under estimate them regardless of who is or isn't playing. Those are the types of games teams lose.

Get some big goals and a big win with some hard work! Let's do this!!!

Big break not having to deal with Ovie, he was all over the ice the last time we played them. Just got to focus on Semin and than control Green/Wideman/Carlson on the point during a PP.

Oh and get to Vokoun early, we've rattled him before and thrown him off this game. 5-11-2 record all-time versus us. Yes, some of that had to do with being on Florida but he's never really been one of those guys who's stolen games from us.

We lose 2 points that we could use in the playoff race. That's it.

And Washington gets closer to us, and we don't gain ground on Boston, and we continue to under perform at home, and it snaps our 3 game winning streak.

More than just what you've said...
