It would be nice if someone with a smidgen of baseball knowledge could give some suggestions on late-round sleepers or good early picks. Thanks.
So for anyone who cares, this is how it turned out. My pitching is mediocre at best since I was one of the only people who wasn't willing to reach for them.

Just secured my tickets for the Durham Bulls opening night on Thursday and also booked travel to Lynchburg to catch two new stadiums - Calvin Falwell Field in Lynchburg, VA (home of the Advanced-A Lynchburg Hillcats) and Legion Field in Danville, VA (home of the Danville Braves). Also my scorekeeping app of choice has been updated, I've saved all my scorecards and stats from last season and I'm ready to go for this season. Bring it on!

Sounds like a great start to the season. The wife and I picked up some box seats for the Mud Cats off of Groupon, and now just need to figure out when we're going to find time to go.

Baseball can't get here soon enough.

Well, I know nothing about baseball, so the fact that I recognize the names of every one of your field players and most of your pitchers is a good thing probably.

ESPN had a poll asking what team you wanted to win this game. The results:
Kentucky: 48% Kansas: 52%
What I can't understand is why ANY neutral fan would go for Kentucky other than betting purposes. Calipari has smug written all over his face, and their program seems beyond shady. I can't respect the amount of one and dones that pass through and the fact that Calipari is happy about it. College basketball should be treated as such, not a hoop to jump through in order to reach the NBA.

Well Kentucky wins the title. Kansas just ran out of gas.

How long until said championship is taken away? I say July 17, 2013.

How long does it hold? For one week longer then Calipari remains, so 2013 is a good guess.

I pity the Phoenix fans, people are going to be going all out before this bill is passed to get it out of their system.
