I'm listening to the introduction to you so far, and I'm liking it so far.

Especially the part about the Panthers needing to GTFO the division.

Arsenal have scored twice in the first half. If I go home to watch the second half they won't score again. If I stay here they will complete the greatest comeback of all time and I will cry because I missed it. What to do.
I went home and watched the second half.

I'm sorry for putting myself before the club

Yep, just saw that. Good chance that they're hoping Luck pans out.

As a Dolphins fan I really REALLY hope he doesn't come to Miami.

I hope he falls flat on his face while Peyton wins a championship. Peyton is one of my favorite athletes in all of sports.

I love Peyton, one of my favorite athletes as well, but I don't see the point in rooting against Luck. The kid's a stud, and a great guy. Not too hard to support him AND Griffin AND Peyton, IMO.

That being said, Seahawks are my gut pick, and the Skins are my head pick. Joe Philbin being in Miami makes it almost a guarantee that the Fins take a chance on Flynn, IMO.

It's not rooting against Luck, but more against the Colts. You can't just leave Peyton out to dry after everything he has done for the organization.

Meh with regards to Manning. He and his brother could both get cut and I wouldn't care. Meanwhile it looks like the Steelers are clearing house Ward, Farrior, and Smith all cut.

So anybody playing Mass Effect 3 yet?

I hear you, but I mean if he can't play, he can't play. You've gotta understand it from the Colts standpoint. What he has done for the organization is tremendous, but why would the Colts risk paying him like $28mil to not be able to play football at a high level when they've got the NEXT Peyton Manning waiting in the wings?

I know it's cliche, but sports are a business. An owner's not going to pay that sort of money for an over the hill QB that can't earn the money. JR did what you're suggesting the Colts do with Brind'Amour (to an extent), where'd that get him?

Sometimes you've gotta realize you've gotta rebuild. Without Peyton, that team earned the 1st overall pick. Do you realize the level of football Peyton would have to play next year coming off of 4 surgeries and like 20 months without playing a game? For me, Luck's the right decision, and you get far in the NFL by making the right decisions.

I'll trust the player if he believes he can play before the team who thinks he can't play but I hear what you are saying. I just feel that the Colts could have at least seen him play before deciding to cut him. I mean it's not like that would have kept them away from drafting Luck.

They paid Manning 20 million dollars last year to sit on the bench. Could have out him on LTIR but chose to pay him.

I don't think they "owe" him anything more.

I didn't say they "owed" him anything. I just think they could/should have handled the situation better due to all he has done for them. BTW, my comments hinge largely on the fact that I think he can play. He does not strike me as a person who would come back if he did not feel 100% (cough cough Favre cough cough).

Proof that the internet will soon take over the human race.

For the first time, about 5 minutes ago, the advertisement at the top of the HFBoards Canes page was for... Buffalo Wild Wings.

I am so freaking scared right now.
