He follows a guy named Leo Luongo, I think thats Roberto's brother. Luongo also said he had twitter in an interview with Gerry Dee. If thats actually his twitter then he's pretty hilarious.

I know a few people were commenting on how much weight Mark Donnelly has lost. They just ran a news story on him on CBC. He lost all the weight on the (controversial) HCG diet. Apparently he only eats like 500 calories a day :S.

It absolutely shocked me when I saw him with the lost weight.

He used to teach at my old school, where me and my brother had him as a math and music teach for 4+ years. He had the extra weight for all that time, it amazes me he lost that much in about a year.

That can't be good at all..

He's going to have some issues once he has to come off the hormone/go back to a more regular diet.

Mr. Krueger tried to kill himself but failed. Shot himself in the head but couldn't finish the job. He was apparently supposed to go to the hospital to have some toes amputated due to his diabetic condition. Guess he didn't have the cab fare.

Prince George is Number 1 and Victoria is Number 2.

I'd say Vic definitely has a high crime rate, but its mostly petty theft and drug charges. Its not like the seniors are murderous sociopaths or anything.

Victoria ranks #4 in violent crime and #6 in non-violent crime per the links I noted above.

FWIW, my hometown was at one point in time the murder capital of Canada (60% sure on that)...all because of one sick ******* the doesn't even live on the same side of the city I do. On the whole, I take crime rates with a grain of salt, because like you said, it's hard to determine how dangerous it is because of the grey areas of criminal law.

And here comes a late blast of winter. Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

A low-pressure system is expected to approach the B.C. coast Thursday night, with rain and snow beginning overnight over much of the inner south coast.
