as a hab fan there's no question this deal makes sense. teams around the league look how bad the habs have screwed up the development of certain young players - from ribeiro to latendresse to sergei etc...and the preds look at this and say: 'this kid is a bonafide 20-25 goal scorer + we have his brother so we can support him well'

i defintely see this deal going down. Andrei can become a 25-30 goal scorer in an environment where he gets ice time and feels wanted

Nashville has 8 D-men on their NHL roster and Blum in the minors. Why they need 2nd Kostitsyn I could see. For Weber I don't see any room there.
