Man I miss Stalberg, he was one of my favourite prospects when he was here, I was really sad when he got traded, so it's nice to see him doing well. I hope Percy turns out to be good, that would ease the loss for sure
Might be the best playoff series but it's too bad it will happen in the 1st round.
Yeah, but I usually find the 1st round is the best because there are multiple games a night and they tend to all be so exciting. Last years 1st round was so awesome. One problem with Pens and Flyers playing is for my playoff pool I was planning on loading up on Pens players, but Flyers seem to have their number so I'm thinking that might not be a wise idea.
done with this team. atleast murray drafts talent.
Sure easy in the first round ... like 3 times last year but what about subsequent rounds?
Pay no attention to the 6th. round.

I hear that D'Amigo kid is a pretty decent 6th rounder as well
I can see why the Wild are where they are in the standings. Remind me of RW coached team.
Ray Emery helped throw a wrench in there fans tank hopes
Stalberg with another goal tonight for Hawks though ,, And former Wild 1st rounder Nick Leddy with 2 assists
3 goals + 34 assists as a 20/21 yr old in his first full NHL season ,, Still a longway to go in his development defensively but has helped offset loss of Campbell in PMD role and eventually will be on par defensively with Campbell in coming years

Leafs just don't get it with their Big Swede's, Stalberg isn't the first big Swede that the Leafs sent packing that went on to successful NHL careers, Freddie Modin was another one they banished and then had to watch him have success for 10 years.

We took a gamble on Versteeg being a first liner. We ended up getting a first rounder for him.
You're complaining about us upgrading a former 6th rounder for a first? Awwwww

I've been pulling for the guy since he was traded to the Hawks. I figured if he could get it together, he would be very dangerous.
I could not have predicted his performance as of late. He changed his stick and is ending up with breakaways nearly every game. I hope the Hawks sign him for a few more years this summer as he will be a UFA after next season. He's got the size/speed and finally a sense of what to do with the puck.
I am hoping Panthers get their berth sealed up ASAP.
If they lose to Caps, and their last game.. and Caps win the other one, and Sabres win both, Panthers would be out. (stands true if Panthers lose both in regulation, one more point and Panthers are in).
It'd truely suck for them if they come all the way and miss now.
comparing them to the Maple Leafs they can probably kill penalties better with their eyes closed
they are tough, they back-check, and pretty much represent everything the Leafs don't
