Yes, a discount. Brown would make so much more money on the open market. He's so undervalued by a lot of Kings fans. He isn't the best winger in the world. He has his faults, but he scores goals and hits A LOT. Any other team in the league would love to have him at the price the Kings have him now.

Would Pens 1st+Bennett (our top forward prospect), and Tangradi be too little or too much for Brown? Bennett is probably 2 years away, Tangradi can play now, and the 1st can be a few years off.
