Well, since we (those part of this thread) want our beloved habs to sacrifice this season for the good of the team, who do you root for right now to make the playoffs and/or to win the Stanley Cup???

Personally, I am rooting for the Jets. Canadian team and new team, what a way to thank the city and the fans

It's funny i'm also rooting for the Jets. Because it would be great for the people in Winnipeg and also because I want them to bump the Leafs out!

Funny. I live in Vancouver now and for awhile, so I have an affinity for the Nucks and normally only cheer against them when they are playing the Habs. But now I'm cheering for every team lower than the us in the standings even if they are playing us. In fact, I find myself being not happy so to say, but satisfied and contented when I check the scores and see we lost another. I really want Gringreko on this team like something fierce. I hope Gautier trades Campoli, A Kost, Kabby, Darche, and even Moen (but Moen only for a really good price as I'd prefer to re-sign him, ideally we could make a deal with him before we trade for like 6 mil for 3 years if he resigns after the end of the season) for picks. Hopefully we tank far enough to be able to pick Gringreko or we trade up to pick him with our extra picks to sweeten the deal. Then I think we throw a huge offer at Suter, 39 Mil for 6 years (6.5 per) or something. Maybe another forward if there is space then hopefully end up with something like this.

But really, there isn't another team that I like... there's a bunch I hate so when the playoffs will start I'll most probably be rooting for the teams facing them.
