Would it be a good Friday in Islander country if Nabby is resigned and we beat the **** out of the Rags?

(nah, some would still complain)

Oh, and great job Law, good to see someone else hear burning the 6am oil......

Please win islanders. It's bad enough the rags are in first. Don't let them dominate you.

Rangers are gonna come out physical. We really should have called up Haley and scratch rolston. The numbers game might not allow that. I really REALLY hate Rolston.

Wishart was sent back to Bridgeport. I believe that Mike Mottau is ready to return from injury.

Don't worry. This time, come Tuesday, he will be St. Louis' 5th round pick.

Welp, here we are boys. rangers are 1st in the east and we're sittin pretty in our usual spot. Hamonic back, nabokov back, isles vs rangers, never know whats going to happen. Im still praying pandolfo gets scratched and haley gets the call up, could really use him in a game like this. I dont want to see martin the only one with a backbone all game (again)

Unfortunately going to miss this game. Gonna be in Philly visiting a friend for the night. Will probably DVR it either way. Wanna see how Cizikas does.

We need a big win tonight, I'll be there hopefully not swimming in a sea of smurfs.

FYI, over on the Rags GDT they have the Goalie TBA, they have a game Saturday night and it looks like Hank won't be starting both. We might be seeing Marty tonight who I don't believe has fared to well for them as of late.

We need to come out skating and get out there and hit somebody!

8 points out... team in 8th with a game in hand... only 22 games left... Isles playing like garbage again... brutal March schedule...

That's like trying to climb a mountain made of ice with shoes and gloves made out of crisco.

Would love to see the Isles come out and stomp these over-rated, gutless pukes but given our performances on Monday and most of Tuesday I'm expecting to get run out of the building.

I'm not going to be able to see much of this game, but here's hoping the Isles come out strong.

Great GDT as always Law-- can I assume Sunday's will be 28 Days Later?

Thx! And I have to thank you for the realization.

Don't know what to expect. My only wish for tonight: please don't get humiliated by the Rags.

Thanks to LAW for the GDT's and giving me something to look forward to on game days....

Love how the rags fans from LI love to dump on the NVMC but if it wasn't there they would go to absolutely zero games a year! (not that it's not a dump though- )

If the Islanders can keep the puck out of the in the first 2 mins they may have a chance to win.

Oh and so wish Haley was playing tonight

What a shock, Nabokov actually had the flu, and it wasn't all a conspiracy to keep him out of practice/games so they could trade him. Anyway glad to see Hamonic, and Nabby back in there for this game.

This is easily the biggest game of the season, win tonight we are 5 points out, lose tonight, and our season is pretty much over.

song and gdt is hopefully an inspiration for this flat, emotionless team. They are long overdue for a strong effort.

The Rangers are a great team but they don't have great players. They are extremely well-coached, committed to defense (as a TEAM) and their goalie keeps them in every game.

Very similar to the Bruins of last year.

Everyone skates well, plays hard, limit mistakes and bad penalties...they only need their top players to produce 2-3 goals a game and they win.

Seems simple. Tough to do.

Gotta pull this one out. It would be a huge step for this team if they could finish at or above .500 this season.

Looks like Biron is probably starting for the Rag$ according to their GDT.

Rag$ could play with an empty net the whole game and we might come away with 3 goals.

For anyone who stated they wouldnt mind if the Rags win the cup, tonight will make you want to shoot yourself given how despicable a team these cocky, low lifes are.

Outside of all the drama whether this team can realistically make the playoffs, this game is a MUST win because it's the Rangers. Enough said.

Please give us something to cheer about!

Great GDT Law, too bad the team can't match your ability.

Also, it's a hell of a way for Cizikas to get his first NHL game in. Looking forward to what he's got.

AWESOME!

Should be fun tonight... until the Rag$ are up 3-0 after one period...

At this point, the trade deadline is the most interesting thing going on in Islanderland (well, like, maybe)...
