"Cause you gotta play the hot hand" screw that. Hackett shoulda started this one and everyone know it. Really disappointed in Yeo for that call.

i've been saying this...a PP would be the perfect time if you want to take a "message" penalty (like running over Ott away from the play).
4 on 4!

How bout shoving Ott, from behind, into Lehtonen? I'd like that very much.

Yeah but then we'd get hit with a MAJOR to cancel out the minor and give them a PP.

I didn't look so closely while I was reading Zid trade talks.. But normally when Backs too tired, he's one of the slowest guys in the planet. If he goes down it takes like a half of a period to get up again. And it takes another half to move from post to post. I was 100% certain Hackett would start, but no.

If you run someone intentionally it often gets called as a major.

If only he'd had the chance to make those in the first.

Any time the ref thinks there was intent to injure, they can call a major.

And in my head, there would be so very much intent to injure.

We can't win here.

Hackett is good, should've started.

Can we just take our luck with officiating this year as a given?

I mean look at what happened in LA. Barely touched Kopitar and gets 5 and a game.

would have been nice if they had sent me home with some pain meds. Plain vanilla Tylenol is barely cutting the mustard.
