#60 - 02.25.2012 | Buffalo Sabres @ New York Rangers | 7:00 PM - MSG
THE MATCHUP
GAME #60
Feb 25th, 2012
@
(27-27-7)
_________ (38-15-6)
7:00 PM ET
MADISON SQUARE GARDEN - NYC, NY
MSG | MSG-B
QUOTES TO NOTE
For us, a lot of us haven't really been in this situation, I guess, and it's a challenge, but one we are ready and willing to accept.
We have a great mix of guys, and we're going to stick together and try and get through this little blip and start rolling again.
- Brian Boyle
It was not the start we wanted. But after our first goal, I thought we responded better.
- Ryan Callahan
I am happy we battled back and found a way to get a point.
But as far as where we are mentally in certain situations of the game at this time of the year, we need to be sharper.
- John Tortorella

The Islander game was supposed to be the bounce back game. So this would be the bounce back game for the bounce back game. Any more bouncing and they'll bounce right out of first place.

Watching this one with GF, Sabres fan. Going to be intense, I need the Rangers to win to get some confidence and every loss for the Sabres is almost a death sentence.
All I'm going to say is thank heavens Hank is back in between the pipes
Wonder if we'll have a makeshift roster tomorrow if some people are headed to Columbus

No matter what I think about the Nash trade, I think this is Dubinsky's last game as a Ranger. If it is, make it count.

I want Nash but I'm gonna be so sad to see him go if the trade goes through. Dubinsky will always be a Ranger at heart.

Anybody catch Vanek blowing it by Rask in the SO last night...he took the big SLAPPER and blew it by him . It is always fun to see that big wind up...unless it is Chara shooting next ! Vanek has a lot of confidence around the net ,pure scorer .

I made a 250% profit on tonight's game through TE. Unbelievable -- I'll be gladly watching this one from my couch!

I don't really want Nash, but I trust Torts and Sather (for now). Whatever they decide for at this point. I agree completely about Dubi though!
