This is it for him, he better play his ### off against the Islanders.
It really is, if he still doesn't look NHL ready with this call-up, I have to believe he goes back to Europe or is traded in the offseason.
Good luck, Zuccs.

This will be a big chance for Mats, I hope and think he grabs it.
His games this weekend was OK, but he has not been as good lately as he was about a month ago. He is still at 1.0 PPG though.
This should be the a huge injection of energy for him, hopefully he will keep his head cool and play as well as he has been for the Whale.
i'm really excited for this. i hope he does well. in fact, i'll go to lengths and say we score on the PP because of Zucc. call me crazy, but i really think he'll have a primary assist on a PP goal. the dude can dish.
Seriously though, im glad to see him back. He has paid his dues in the AHL and played well. I think it was the right thing for the Rangers to call him up. Hopefully he can do better this time around. I think this will be his last chance with the Rangers!

I don't see it happening, and will gladly "eat crow" if it does, but if Zuccarello can come in and provide enough offense and adequate defense to justify sticking with the club, it gives us some interesting options. Especially if Kreider comes in.

I will eat crow if Zucc actually plays but my feeling is he is being called up just in case Dubinsky does not play tonight even though he claims that he is going to.
Keep your fingers crossed. I am kind of tired of watching the Rangers role 3 4th lines out there. Near the end of the Chicago game Torts had Richards centering Mitchell and Feds.....Really.
Callahan is out and Dubinsky is in. Dubinsky is taking Callahan's spot (not in the line-up sheet, but he's in for Callahan). Zucc, if he plays, will most likely go in for Scott.
