Injury info on each player has been updated from earlier today.

Other info will be updated tomorrow since there was no practice today.

Just hoping for no injuries and a good showing from Bryzgalov. A win would be nice, but not extremely important.

We have to win tomorrow, both to shut up the whino Miller and to put a hole in Sabres' chances of making the playoffs. Oh, and to get ourselves two points, as well, of course

I'd rather the Rangers face Miller & Buffalo than the Caps. I want the Flyers to win this one but won't cry in my beer if they don't.

I'm torn..

If we beat the sabres, we end their chances.. which is fun.

If we lose, they still are in the playoff race and they stand a better chance than washington against NY

im still bitter about not beating the Rags..

at this point, it doesnt really matter who we face. all roads lead to the Rags most likely and that is gunna be a bitter pill..

sure its the PO's and anything can happen, but its pretty clear the Rags are in the head of the Flyers and i just dont see how we can suddenly find a way to win 4/7 games vs. them...

ohwell, guess i'll just enjoy whateva comes our way however long the ride is.

Go Flyers..

ps can we plz NOT have any more injuries..

Edmonton was the 8th seed in the west in 2006, Pronger was the only thing they had going for them, literally. They went to Game 7 of the Finals and lost to Lavy's Hurricanes.

Rest the top guys and let the Sabres take the game. I'd rather see them get in and face the Rags in the first round, than the Caps. Or, perhaps do a little bit of scoreboard watching during the game (if Pens are winning big, let the Sabres win. If the Rags are winning, go for the win against the Sabres and for home ice advantage) At this point though, I don't think that really matters though.

Yeah, it totally works this way, as well. That's why we are 5th, and not 1st. Because we can flip the switch at any time, and therefore chose to be in 5th rather than 1st.

Could see Rinaldo and Foligno go at it.

They have some major OHL history

I moved to Pittsburgh this year and one of my co-workers has season tickets for the Pens. He is taking me to any home playoff games vs the Flyers, I just have to buy all the beers... I'll cry if we don't get a point this or the last game and the Devils win out.

Screw the Sabres. I kind of hope that WSH craps the bed their last two games though and the Sabres beat the hell out of Boston in their last game of the season, and then takes out the Rangers in the first round.

I hope we get out of this one without any more injuries however. Keep your heads up guys. Kaleta, McCormick and Foligno all look to finish their hits, no matter how many minutes are left in the game or what the score is. Hell, Foligno does it even on the first shift...

Buffalo is 1-3 against NY and Washington is 1-2, so they are about equally bad against the Rangers. I believe one of Washington's losses they had some big injuries. I guess Buffalo's goaltending is way better but scoring goes to Washington.

Scoring is the same, believe it or not. Sabres will be a tougher opponent for NYR imo. Ovechkin is not having a good season, Semin will probably disappear. Trots will put Girardi on Alex and Buckstrom and pound them with depth.

Caps goaltending is average and same goes for their D, their 2ndary scoring is very weak, plus I would pick Ruff over Hunter. Like you mentioned, if Miller is hot, he will steal a few games.
