NSH is actually a team i am going to cheer for the playoff. I think they are one of the team that at least has a long shot against that Canucks team.

So I am hoping they will add more than just Kostitsyn, because that is not going to be enough.

And I agree, if NSH make conference final, Suter would probably be willing to stay. Tho, if i put myself in Suter's shoes, i would hope management add more than Kostitsyn by dangling the 1st & a prospect to make a run for the cup. Otherwise, in the off season if Det, NYR, Philly come calling offering similar money, it's tough not to choose them over NSH if you really want to win the cup.

I'm loving how the Nuge is utterly forgotten, wow.

I think there will be a flurry of moves fairly late

I have a very hard time believing that this was the highest offer for Hemsky.
However, if that is indeed true, how can anybody possibly complain about his contract now?

Good call, but I think he's very much a Trotz type player. He's a richmans Jarred Smithson, who Trotz got a lot out of.

I literally would kick Tencer in the bag if I ever meet him, but I wanted him to win that bet so bad.

Honestly button. Your completely throwing the nuge under the bus. At the start of the year you were head over heels for him, and now you have lost faith. The nuge has just as good if not a better chance at winning the calder.(if he doesn't get injured)

Button never says anything that could be considered rational. I'm convinced that he purposely takes the unpopular opinion just to be different or to stir up discussion. There's no way that anybody that actually knows about hockey can be as terribly wrong as often as he is.

Thats basically what NSH just traded for AK. A 2cnd and a 5th.
Not hard to believe IMO.

Winnipeg claims Grant Clitsome. Montreal claims Brad Staubitz.

Staubitz to Montreal, Clitsome to Winnipeg both via waivers.

Allen and Space K off the ice in Carolina.

As per:

Quote:
Chip Alexander ‏ @ice_chip

Allen, Spacek have left ice. Other four D still out taking shots. Meaning? Maybe nothing.
Take with grain of salt (I'm not sure how reliable he/she is, though thread starter says that person is legit).

Burke is not going after any goalies and will not trade Grabovski. Sounds like the Leaf board will implode now.

Vancouver can always use more ******... they have to have ****** depth for the playoffs when injuries and the grind of the playoffs takes it's toll on their douchiness.
