I bet Suter is waiting more than one trade to see what else Poille is going to do and then even if no trades get done he is waiting to see how the new additions add to the team before bailing.
NSH gets to the conference final with this team you think Suter is going to say " piss on NSH they only added gill and Kostitsyn"?
NSH is actually a team i am going to cheer for the playoff. I think they are one of the team that at least has a long shot against that Canucks team.
So I am hoping they will add more than just Kostitsyn, because that is not going to be enough.
And I agree, if NSH make conference final, Suter would probably be willing to stay. Tho, if i put myself in Suter's shoes, i would hope management add more than Kostitsyn by dangling the 1st & a prospect to make a run for the cup. Otherwise, in the off season if Det, NYR, Philly come calling offering similar money, it's tough not to choose them over NSH if you really want to win the cup.
Team 1260 just said the best offer for Hemsky was a 2nd and 4th (from Nashville) and that's why they decided to keep him.
I'm even more glad they signed him to that two year deal.
I have a very hard time believing that this was the highest offer for Hemsky.
However, if that is indeed true, how can anybody possibly complain about his contract now?
Honestly button. Your completely throwing the nuge under the bus. At the start of the year you were head over heels for him, and now you have lost faith. The nuge has just as good if not a better chance at winning the calder.(if he doesn't get injured)

Button never says anything that could be considered rational. I'm convinced that he purposely takes the unpopular opinion just to be different or to stir up discussion. There's no way that anybody that actually knows about hockey can be as terribly wrong as often as he is.

Thats basically what NSH just traded for AK. A 2cnd and a 5th.
Not hard to believe IMO.
Vancouver. Too much competition to be the team's representative as a league renowned ******-bag.
Vancouver can always use more ******... they have to have ****** depth for the playoffs when injuries and the grind of the playoffs takes it's toll on their douchiness.
