Wait, now Kovalchuk is being booed?
He's back to being the scapegoat?
All is not lost, I heard
Limon En La Cabeza at Shop Rite and even though we are on a 2-game mini-losing streak, we played real good Friday night.
Those NYR sure are blowing us away. This can very well start an epic collapse starting 24 hours from now.
I fear the worst.

He's just rusty. A few more practices and games, and he'll be fine.

He wasn't terrible, but he was fairly ineffective. Needs to shoot more, he was trying too many fancy plays that gave away pucks when his elite wrist shot was the right play.
Some games he seems to have amazing chemistry with Parise and Henrique, other games it looks like the trade happened yesterday and he's never played with those guys in his life. This was one of the latter.

Awful game
The fat **** in the Rangers Winter Classic GRETZKY jersey sighting was definitely apropos of the colossal failure that was this game.

When I heard
Limon En La Cabeza , I thought about you in your argyle sweater, khakis and penny loafers ordering vodka martinis with your Tilapia at Trumpets in Montclair.

Wait, I missed the game, but Kovy was getting booed?
We lose two games and our best player, the one who has contributed the most to our winning streak, gets booed?

He actually deserves to get the catcalls now that I think of it.
He was on the ice for those final 90 seconds against Carolina/Game 7/2009 playoffs.
That's fair. He should be the lightning rod of post-lockout failures. Especially with that Lecavalier-like cap hit. Ouch.
It's fully understandable.

I know this statement was meant as sarcasm, but ironically it has some truth to it.

Is it just me or does that woman look a little like Tim Allen's Home-Improvement "Wife"?

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! With darker hair!
OMG, who in God's name thinks about Tim Allen's TV wife?
But then again, Tracy Wells from
Mr. Belvidere was smokin'. And because it took place in Pittsburgh, they always talked about the Penguins and hockey in some form or another.

Fun fact - this season, the Devils always gave up four goals when I didn't watch the game.

IMO tomorrow night vs the Rags Janssen will be out and if Boulton clears waivers he will be back in. Boulton jefferson and Carter should be a good 4th line. They better have some toughness in agaisnt them.
