Josh Gorges "when you're not winning, team needs a change"

Gorges just said we did this to ourselves, when you're not losing things need to change. Maybe we wont see a couple guys here tomorrow. All our fault.

I'm paraphrasing.

seemed fitting. Does he regret signing that 6 year extension?

No, the season wasn't looking any brighter when he signed the contract. Gorges is here to stay.

Yeah, sounds more like he's asking someone for change...

I, for one, find he has looked angry all year on the ice. A few times I thought it seemed to be caused by playing with Subban, but it also happens when they're not together... he's just not smiling, face is tense... rarely celebrates.

Then again, forget it, with his contract he's here for a long time. Too expensive/year.

And they all have their own different opinion on what changes are needed. Whatever the changes made turn out to be, it's obvious that they won't satisfy everyone.

I don't see how any change could help the locker room.

Exacly. For me he's one of the good ones. I like the fact that he genuinely seems to care. Not in a PR-scripted-I-say-what-the-fans-like way, but in a emotionnal, pissed off way. Good.

He probably was just asked how guys felt about the trade deadline, pretty obvious answer too.

Seriously who the **** does he think he is ?? The GM ? I'm tired of all his comment like Moen need to stay , or we need changes ect.

he's a ****ing 4th defenseman, it's not like he is the captain or a super star

Who the **** do you think you are? Were you under the impression that anyone cares what you think?

...there, now do you know what you're going to say? You're going to say "hey man, it's an internet forum, and it's my opinion I'm entitled to it."

Indeed, you are.

And so is Gorges. The difference is that he's entitled to share his opinion in a much larger, more publicly visible, and important facility, without fear of it being ridiculed. Do you know why?

...you may go now.

I don't see anything newsworthy in what he said.

I approve of this post. That picture says a lot about Gorges.

You can't say that, really! You have to learn how to respect others opinion.

That goes both ways... Gorges wears that "A" which gives him the right to speak about his team and team mates.

With his recents comment that there is needs to have some changes in the team and that they should keep Moen, I think they should name Gorges GM.... and coach.... and captain that would be epic.

Gorges plays his ass off every night and wants Moen back who also works his ass off every game, he sees retards like Campoli and Kaberle afraid of getting hit and is probably getting sick of people giving half assed effort every game with no heart.

Right on
He should keep his mouth shut and be grateful to Mr gauthier who overpaid him and signed him for way too many years for marginal 4d
