What would Ken Holland do in Anaheim?

If you ask a Red Wings fan, or anyone who follows hockey for that matter. 'What makes the Wings so good every year?' You'll hear one of two things usually; their scouting, and Kenny Holland.

So, my question to you guys is, what do you think Ken Holland could do for the Ducks? Do you think he could have the same impact in a small budget organization?

Let's hear some fantasies.

Don't forget about having a very good coach as well. Babcock was a steal for the Wings. There was a kind of lull for the Wings between Bowman and Babcock (Lewis).
