Sure why not. Get rid of Ron Wilson and the entire coaching staff along with Lombardi, Connolly, Armstrong, Mac, Komi; I'd even consider Kulemin. If this team misses the playoffs which looks to be a realistic possibility, I'd rip apart most of the usleless pieces on this team. Add through free agency and bring up Colborne/Frattin full time if they are ready (which looks to be).

I'd try to nab Parise instead of expending assets for Rick Nash. 7-8 years at a $7ish million caphit. You can front load the contract if that makes it more enticing.I don't know. Then I take care of Armstrong, Komisarek and Lombardi and sign Ryan Suter to an equally valuable contract Then I wake up.

I hope Frattin, Kadri Colborne work out otherwise he's gonna look like a complete a$$.. So far from what we've seen from them in the NHL, there not really that great in the eye's of non Leaf fans.. I think next year could be make or break for all three

Lombardi, Crabb, Armstrong, Komisarek, MacArthur, Connolly, IMO, are all likely targets to be moved over the summer, and by the deadline next year.

I think its a bad idea to move all of them at one time, given the lack of experience on our roster, but one would have to think with the quality of forwards banging on the door, we definitely could see some massive changes sooner than later.

Mueller, Colborne, Kadri, Frattin, and Ashton, should all be ready within a year or two, and I for one hope they are given a fair shake before any of them get traded. Obviously, I think its unlikely all of them end up as Toronto Maple Leafs.
Thanks, we were wondering.

I agree, getting Parise as a ufa makes sense but I think it will be very hard to sign this guy.. But what about our Goalie situation

Don't understand the want/need to have Mac moved, having a good season considering Kulemin's offense has completely disappeared, signed to a reasonable contract and has a good attitude.

We could have traded Mac,Grabo,Kule,Schenn all for first rounders. We could have had FIVE first round picks. Use some of them to get a top 3 pick. Burke missed an unreal chance in a sellers market.

Who said that was the plan? Fans on an internet message board? Burke doesnt think so.

Lombardi and Connolly better both be gone come the offseason. I can see them both going to teams either at the draft or to cap teams come training camp. They both are paid way too much for the production that is expected out of them.

Parise isn't happening. He's gonna look for another life long deal, and we all know Burke doesn't do those.

I'd be happy if we could just dump some of LACK, and give our young guys a chance.

Yep, shed some salary, open some spots up on the roster. If were not in the top ten, try and move up so we can get a hopefully a forward with first line potential.

I certainly hope that is the case. But, I just can't see Burke offering up more than 6 years.
