Yes, someone had an issue with the printable ones. If memory serves, I think it was Alycat. Someone ordered her ticket off stubhub, then made photo copies, and sold them. The Bruins issued her a warning.
Ouch.. now that i think of it i do remember that. Sorry Aly. It might be more of a pain in the ass but I still have to go with mailing the tickets.
I think it's pretty comical that the last B's game of the season which doesn't mean anything to Boston is going for way more on Stubhub than the first playoff game.

Somebody just paid $320/per for my 4 loge 7 seats for this Sat. Maybe they thought they automatically got one of the shirts of their backs? I'll probably sell the same seats for game 1 for 20-25% less.

If playoff tickets came with regular season tickets, why were we charged shipping twice? Didn't I already pay for shipping when the original ticket booklet arrived?

It was me. I didn't break the book and it cost me $85. I got lucky.
Long story, the system listed my ticket 2x and of course stub hub claims I did it on purpose and then took 2 weeks to tell me I was only going to be charged the selling price.
will never use them again.
Got charged an additional $17 for my playoff tix b/c of "fees". grrr

OT, but appropriate for STH's:
I'm driving in for the skate tonight. They said you could park in the lot on Causeway first come, first serve. I assume that's the lot the Sam Adams Bru Fests are held? What are the chances of there being any spots left at 7:30-8pm? I'm wondering if I should just park in the garage instead and pay. Any suggestions?

Yes it's where the BruFests are. You should be fine, especially since your time slot is after business hours. Worst case scenario, it's full and you park in the garage.
Last year I took the T in for the skate because I was worried about parking, got in there, and it was empty.
I'm just staying in town after work so I don't have to worry about parking. Plenty of time for dinner and a few beers, which will be fascinating given I'm not a great skater sober never mind with a few drinks in me.

when did they charge for playoff ticket shipping??
Hopefully my math is off somewhere, and it's not a concern. Would love hearing 2nd 3rd opinions from people charged already.
Edit: Not sure if it matters but the charge is pending, hasn't officially posted yet.
I checked my invoice in the "My Bruins Account" and it looks like there's a one time $15 "Playoff Handling Charge." This is in addition to the $2 "Pay as we play" fee we pay per ticket for each game.
Just checked my credit card statement online and yes there is an additional $15 charge. I can understand the extra $15 when there was a separate mailing for playoff tickets but this time there was no separate mailing so it is a Bruins "line the pockets" charge.

I think poor Elliot was driven off the boards but we can only imagine how he feels about the extra charge. Although if he stuck to his convictions he did not purchase his playoff tickets
Not cool for the extra handling charge but June 15, 2011 buys them a ton of goodwill from me.
Driving in tonight for the skate and hope to luck out with a parking spot. Getting in town around 5:45 PM, so might even be able to grab a meter if the parking lot is full.

If you're planning on hanging out in town either before or after the skate, I wouldn't recommend parking in the lot. If I recall correctly from last year, they got pretty pissy if folks were in the lot for too long because you're only supposed to be parking there for the skate.
