Thanks.

It's nice to see a poster from another board following along!

I'm very curious to see where Hyka goes. Not too many draft-eligible prospects get an NHL preseason showing the way he did. It'll be interesting to see what effect it has on his stock.

I saw the Jays avatar and just assumed.

I guess I should have looked at the actual username.

Spends more time reading draft threads than playing hockey with his EASHL team

Look for the Flyers to pick fairly early.

Problem is, Philly doesn't have a pick between their first at 25 and third at 81 (at least according to what we've got here). 25 is too early IMO and I doubt he's there at 81. Going to have to trade up if they still want him. Which stings even more, since they could have had him as a 7th rounder last year.

They got too greedy

Instead, they picked some goon, Derek Mathers, who has slim chance of ever making it.

Filling in for Eaglesmaster -

With the 77th Overall pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft

The Washington Capitals are proud to select

from Metallurg Novokuznetsk Zakhar Arzamastsev

We feel Zakhar has the potential to be a solid NHL player, with solid skills, and great skating, we feel he can be a solid stay at-home defender that wont dazzle you with flash, but be a solid fixture on our back end bringing stability and size.

Next GM Pmd

He was but unless we aren't allowed to take players from last years mock, I'll remake the pick. I was going according to real life here

Overagers are most definitely allowed. I was just making sure I remembered right.

With the 79th pick in this draft, the Edmonton Oilers select, from the Owen Sound Attack, center Gemel Smith.

"While he may only be 5'10", Smith is a fast, agile forward that plays bigger than his size, a player that works hard every shift, one that will provide a sound physical game and still score points once in a while"

are on the clock.

There's one single guy left that is much higher than anyone else on my list. Don't think he lasts.

Just goes to show why there is so much movement during the lower rounds. It sucks to wonder if your target will still be there.

I've been keeping quiet, but I am in the same boat, theres 1 guy that is ahead by quite a big margin on my list, Praying he lasts and goes under the radar but I highly doubt it
