If there is a 2nd mock, I won't be the one running it. But if a Habs board poster wants to start a 2nd one they can go right ahead.

Rangers?
Good opportunity to learn about later picks.
Plus if I screw up I can pretend I'm destroying one of my least favourite teams.
Does anyone know a good resource for later round mocks?

I would usually be happy with St. Louis... but I can't believe they are first in the league. Last pick in the first round, gotta find a steal.

I like Minny. Yet, I'm open for people who want early picks 'cause I love that exercice when I go with more unknown players. Yet, I need a team who has at least the same number of picks. At the very least.

Well, the Habs are gonna get more Swedish.
Pretty happy to get the Ducks, as I think I actually get 1 pick in each of the first 3 rounds for the first time, lol.
On that note, just clarifying that I still have that 5th rounder (instead of the Avalanche) since Cumiskey hasn't played ANY games in the NHL this year so far, let alone 45. Guess that makes it 5 picks in the first 5 rounds. Might be my best yet, and definitely cheering for the Ducks to keep the tank going right to the end, lol!

Damn. I have the Devils and I'm thinking they might choose this year to forfeit their 1st round pick as a result of Kovalchuk circumvention ruling.

Depends on whether they can land Subban or Vasilevski with it. If yes, they won't; otherwise, they will.
Is it a draft-day decision or a decision that must be made once out of the playoffs?

No, I don't.
I traded that conditional 7th rounder to Minnesota for their 2nd round picks.

April 27th is the official start date, but we usually have the first few picks trickle in a few days before then, if I remember correctly.

The newly managed Minnesota Wild trade a case of 24 Molson beer and a case of ice made from frozen tears straight from the eyes of Pierre Gauthier to the newly managed San Jose Sharks for a handshake and a pat on the back.
