Milbury is a hater, because he KNOWS this teams is going places and he was never able to do anything like that in NY.

Also, saw a couple shifts with Gabby and Richards and to me, it looked the best I've seen it and Richards looked his best in a while with Gabby out there. I hope Torts saw that and it might be time to shuffle up the lines a little bit there.

Remember, guys. Report any trolls, do NOT respond.

Good: Almost everything. Just a hard fought, almost perfectly played game by both teams
Bad: Flowerplay, 15 shots for
Ugly: Clarkson's mug

That was playoff hockey at it best. Ryan McDonagh had an incredible game defending against Kovy, Parise and Henrique.

The good thing about tonight is that the Rangers played a mostly mistake free game, something they haven't done in awhile. There were a few gaffes here and there but nothing mind-numbingly stupid like in the Buffalo or Islanders game.

Milbury should also shut his trap. He shouldn't even talk after the way he destroyed the Fishsticks (Isles) as GM.

Just a strong game. I'm glad it didn't have to go to OT. McDonagh stood out.

Milbury's a moron. NYR did trap this game but if anyone actually watched more than one Rangers game, they would know this team is a forechecking team. Buccigross is saying the same **** on Twitter by using stats showing that they're a defensive team. Defense =/= trapping. Most if not all teams will trap late in the game too.

Rangers trapped more than usual but they did what they needed to do to get the W. This isn't their usual game though, they just grind out wins.

I love how a smothering defensive game combined with a Devils team refusing to shoot makes us a trapping team.

Man do I hate tools who think that a game with little offense is boring.

I might be in the minority, but I've always been a fan of low scoring, tight, hard fought games. With good pace, emotion.

Its not about scoring a thousand goals.

To me, this was a great game.

It was recognition by Torts as to where this game was headed and Torts adjusted accordingly.
