For all those well-reasoned discussions...like I have stated for awhile...

Per Botta's twitter: https://twitter.com/#!/chrisbottanhl

After all these bad Ls, can no longer rule out Snow axing pal Capuano ("his Xs and Os are 2nd to none"). Doug is Coach-in-Weighting.

Wang-o-nomics and the buddy system win!

when is the GM going to be held accountable? when weight fails? this is beyond ridiculous, how many coaches does snow get to hire/fire with lottery teams?

I think I'm more than on record as wanting a REAL NHL coach with EXPERIENCE in developing a team, but at least Weight had some success with the PP this year... (trying to prepare myself to make chicken salad out of chicken ****...)

Wang will NOT spend money on management and coaching.

The only reason the Isles had one GM and NHL coach with NHL experience in the post-Milbury era was b/c both guys (Smith and Nolan) were exiles, desperate enough to take the job to get back in the game. To Wang, he felt he can exert control over them b/c of that. He found out, he couldn't and they would not take his crap.

Now you have cheap, subservient, inexperience on an annual basis...

Everyday I Keep Checking The Paper And Internet To See If Capuano Is Fired

The day will come...the day will come..the day will come..and then I'll be doing my happy dance.

Yea, he'll be fired, but he'll be replaced with another no-NHL coaching experience coach (Weight or Thompson). The wheels will go round and round.

After seeing the behind the scenes at Bridgeport, I have zero doubt that Thompson would do a much much better job than Capuano. Hell, I think Weight would too. Really any coach that would show any passion and fire would be a better choice than friggen Capuano right now.
