Thank god Anaheims got it into the heads thats they think they can still make it. And pray that Hodgson gives the Sabres enough of a spark they surpass us.

Nice GDT lol

As much as I like a top draft pick, I would like to see a couple of wins every couple of games to ease the pain...

If figures that the worst February in team history falls on a leap year, and we actually play on the 29th on the back end of a back-to-back.

Gotta stop the bleeding sooner or later. We can't possibly start worse than last night, can we?

Leafs win and go on a winning streak.

Has to end sooner or later.

Of the past three games, a week ago I would have said this one was the least important, and would be the hardest of the three for the Leafs to get going being a back-to-back as well. Pretty pitiful that they didn't show up for two games against teams they are fighting to make the playoffs against, can't see them having a spark against a team they play once a year.

Not watching tonight. Gonna lose badly Hawks have much more talent and better goaltending than us.

I suppose if we bet on the most surprising outcome this would be the game to win. If pressure is the issue there shouldn't be any on a back to back night against a western conference team.

Oh well, let's see how this one goes. Never know with this group.

Funny, they just had someone who covers the Hawks on TSN radio and they said their team:

- lacked depth at center
- lacked solid goaltending
- put too much pressure on young 20 somethings to carry the load

Obviously their issues aren't as bad as ours. But it was pretty funny to hear.

Honestly, if the Leafs want to turn things around and regain confidence, this is the best time to do it because they'll be playing away from the ACC

Hey guys, tonight's game could easily go either way. Chicago is sucking as bad as Toronto the last month +. I think we're 3-11-1 in our last 15 or something close to it. We're also missing Toews(seems to be the only guys that gives 100% every night. Our goaltending is equally shaky. Between Crawford and Emery we don't even have a shut out this year. Here's our lines(though Morrison could take someone's place)

Stalberg/Kruger/Sharp
Hossa/Kane/Brunette
Bickell/Bolland/Shaw
Bollig/Mayers/Hayes

Keith Olsen
Seabrook Oduya
Leddy Lepisto

Not too threatening. This is also Bollig's first NHL game and I expect him to drop them with Brown or someone in Toronto's line up.
