I still want to know why Koivu is in the central tip position vs Selanne. He sucks at the tip and Selanne isn't ever getting the puck in a shooting position on the right side

I don't really get Selanne on the right side. He's a shooter. Put him on the left side, where he has a better shooting angle, and let him do his thing. Otherwise, consider putting Ryan on the 1st unit instead.
