I hope Fletcher is watching and takes some notes on what type of players he needs to start drafting. Both these teams especially the Bruins always seem to find these guys that can Skate-Fight and score. C'mon Fletch pay close attention.

That was a ridiculous freak play too. Hopefully Kampfer has some better luck.

Somebody should tell McDonough that if you don't want to get punched in the face, you probably shouldn't crosscheck Lucic in the back after the game's over.

In fairness to Winnipeg, their best player tonight was this guy:
They should feel lucky that an American, let alone a Gopher, is leading the way.

I thought every Jets game I've watched this season, he's always been the best forward of the team.

Wheeler's looked fantastic this year. I think in terms of raw skill I'd put Kane above him, but he's certainly up there. Maybe a bit more consistent, too.

Geez. High roller.
Never bet on the Oilers. Unless its for a lottery pick.

#Habs Brad Staubitz plays his 200th NHL game tonight. Wonder how he'll celebrate the milestone?

He will probably fight either Jackman or Kostopoulos to celebrate it.

Crosby has been cleared for contact.
No timetable on his return yet, but it's a step forward at least.
EDIT: Apparently if he's good to go for a little bit, he could be back as early as Sunday. Dayum.
Hopefully he doesn't rush back, with the way the Pens are playing he could take an extra week or two and they'd still be fine.

"No earlier than Sunday."
If he comes back symptom-free and sticks, I think the Pens suddenly vault past the Rangers and Bruins and become the team to beat in the East.

Yeah if I were him I would take as much time as I needed. One more head shot and his career might be done.

Unfortunately Crosby (like Bouchard) will be retired 2 years from now. Too much damage, and it won't take much to knock them back to square one.
