Hardly 5 minutes in and the Sabres are getting outworked all over the place. Their small size is really going to show on this road trip. Miller's going to have to stand on his head again, because the defensive zone coverage is poor already and there's already been a handful of turnovers.

I really question Lindy putting Miller in again after his 43 save night.

Also Hodgson is feeding Stafford again tonight, and Stafford has just completely lost his scoring touch.

It's crazy how comfortable Hodgson already looks with Ennis and Stafford.

Overall not a bad start. Slow early on but last few minutes we've looked a lot better

Vanek's only move when gaining entry into zone:

Rush up left wing, turn around look for low percentage pass to Pominville at side of the net or D coming into the rush.

LOL calm down. SJ announcers just said sabres controlling the play for the last little while. Bad first few minutes but that was it

Hodgson line is the only one looking good thus far. Barely any d-zone time for them.

God the Sharks are huge and so fast. Miller needs to play like he did last night.

Shots 9-4 already. Not good. Hope Miller's ready to stop 40 again tonight.
