The Flames always seem harder to beat than their stats would indicate. They really need these points, too.

If you're going to a sports bar how are you going to watch/keep track of the game unless they have Center Ice?

I was looking at Gormley videos on YouTube yesterday and that kid has the sickest beard potential I've ever seen. By the time he makes it to the NHL, Shea Weber is going to look like a preteen next to him.

I make sure that whatever bar I go to has center ice. Buffalo Wild Wings always has Center Ice for sure.

I had it as my "location" for a couple of years. Amazing beard upside. I said it the day we picked him. Greatest beard upside in the draft.

I've always felt that beard potential should be the number one criteria used in determining prospect rankings.

The Fu Manchu also shows that he's willing to go on the crazier side, which I love. He comes across as a calm, quiet Canadian boy, I honestly didn't know he had the crazies in him.
I always love bringing up how we got Gormley in that Jokinen deal.
I wonder if Maloney had a hunch that the Flames wouldn't be a playoff team in 09-10?
