quite often i just avoid the boards after a rangers loss. There is literally no good that can come out of my being here
I tend to be on a lot less after losses in general. I'm not a fair-weather fan or anything, I just don't like having to dig through all the chicken little posts every time we drop a game.

I'm not on here often after a loss, especially to the Rangers.

I'm usually the one trying to get people to relax.

I'm just telling you that posts like that do nothing for me. I vent in my own way and don't need people to tell me when I should/shouldn't relax.
I don't TRY and change people's attitudes or opinions. And I definitely never try to force my opinions and attitudes onto others. I do however try add a different element to certain discussions. And I will say that I never argue for the sake of arguing, or disagree for the sake of disagreeing.

This two posts contradict each other in implied meaning.
A classmate of mine, a really great kid who everyone liked and is one of the nicest kids you'd ever meet, collapsed during school yesterday. He was airlifted to the hospital, and with him being diabetic, everyone immediately began to worry if he had lapsed into a coma...
This morning, during the morning announcements, we hear the something that was met with shock...
Turns out he had a brain aneurism and he had emergency brain surgery. They put him into an induced coma after the surgery that will last throughout the weekend to relieve the swelling.
I wasn't too close to him, but I had a class with him each of the last three years and he's just such a great kid. It hit close to home with a lot of kids, and I'm a bit rattled myself.
Great student, great athlete, and he was ready to head off to Villanova in the fall. Absolutely horrible to see him go down like this, but all we can do is hope for the best and hope the long-term impact is minimal.
