Watching paint dry is more entertaining.

But I was thinking how glad I am that Wilson got fired tonight. That's all the press will pay attention to and they'll have less to say about the Caps.

Honest question: What would it really take for GMGM to be fired?

A significant decrease in Season Ticket renewals, which is why I believe March 16th is GMGM's doomsday.

THAT is the question.

HINT: 14 years of playoff futility is not the answer.

“@CapitalsDSP: John Carlson: No shots (on goal, blocked or missed). No hits. No blocked shots.”

Bull ****, in the third he wired one off the face off and Hedberg caught it, and then the next face off again, he shot the puck and Hedberg gave a big rebound off of it.

Screw it. Let's forget about it and move on. Maybe ottawa and TB will both lose too. Tomorrow is another day.

Next up - Sunday against PHI.

He got credit for one shot on goal. For some reason though he had the least TOI at 17:27. He even had 47 seconds of pp time.

I hate to say it, but I think the best thing for this franchise is to not make the playoffs.

Ted needs to learn a lesson about being too patient and passive.

Except TB is currently tied 2-2 with NYR with 11:22 to play in the 3rd.

Bull$h@t, miss the playoffs and let changes be made. This team doesn't deserve a playoff bid with this half ass approach. Green was absolutely terrible, Semin is invisible most of the time, Wideman has disappeared since Green's return. If this defense tried half as hard as Beagle they would be 80% better. Very disheartening for a fan.

Did Neuvy give up any soft goals tonight?

It just seems our goalies cant get into a groove. Or Dale is fumbling it. Vokoun seemed to be our guy, then it became Neuvy again. A backup wins a game, the race to be our starter recommences.

Should Holtby get another couple of games? His last one he wasn't well rested.

Sh.. Stamkos just scored 3-2 vs Rangers.

Yeah I don't like that at all.

Our goalies are very inconsistent this year. But as soon as one of our goalie stumbles Dale goes to the other one as long has he can hold on to it.

The team as a whole is inconsistent as crap.
