They have shut down Stamkos well so far.

Against Lundqvist he is our only hope !

That goal killed our momentum. Can't even break into the zone now

Of course there wouldn't be. That would involve good reffing

5 on 3 then the ref lets Brewer get slew footed add in Lundquist and here we go with frustration.

Connolly is playing the best hockey in a Lightning sweater.

Only way you're going to score on Lundqvist this season really. Ugly garbage goals.

Best player on the ice: Brett Connolly. Feed him some ice time.

If he can see the player letting the puck go, he'll stop it. You have to muck his crease hard with bodies and score absolutely garbage goals. If you screen him and he can tell when the shot is released, he'll stop it more often than not. He doesn't have to see the release, just know the angle and timing. It's sick how good he's playing. Nothing looks difficult for him.

Kris Letang needs to be in a Lightning sweater, he's the perfect complement to this team.

Doubt that will happen. He's also the perfect compliment to the Pens, lol. Having him getting pucks up and out of the zone to Malkin's stick is key to their offense.

We're really missing Vinny, man. You don't know what you have until it's gone. Having only one truly threatening line sucks so bad.
