Aw come on, Subban doesn't dive _that_ much. I think those Boston posters got to ya.
And that pairing will never happen because Emelin is no Gorges so I think the the rest of the NHL is safe in that regard. lol.
Subban does have quite the trollface though.

PK does dive though, I mean there's no denying it, but he never would make such a obvious dive then wave to the penalty box after the penalty is called. Trollers gonna troll.

Just like I'm sure Duck's fans wouldn't mind Pacs.
It's great to see him still firing on all cylanders.
Eller is doing well, too.
How has Pleks done ?

Plekanec is a workhorse but their defence really lets them down. He's hustling to clean up after their D lose their coverage.
The US had the Ducks/Avs boys pull out a win because they looked really bad early on.

Man, am I crazy for thinking that with a whole season of potentially playing on the same line with Desharnais and Cole that Pacio could flirt with 40?
Look at what he did last year when that line wasn't put together until probably game 25 or so and he had the 3 game suspension AND he ran outta gas at times through the season, which was to be expected after spending teh whole offseason rehabbing from injury.

We should be looking at this Patrick Thoresen kid from Norway. I know he's had a cup of coffee with EDM and PHI but he could help our lack of skill up front.

Not sure who said it but no he finished the round robin with 11pts, 2g and 9a
Also Thoresen from Norway is the leader as of now with 16pts, 2 ahead of Malkin

whatching patches own the tourney like this makes me believe that he could be be much, much better than he's let on playing for us.
he likes to pass - actually, was known for that rather than his shooting skills; eller likes to shoot. i'd like to see those two together next season see what kind of mayhem they can cause

This is summing up quite nicely why I'd want nothing to do with Getzlaf.

I thought he played well in the tournament. The penalty was not worth a major. He was a bit unlucky.
Do I want him on the Habs, though, considering what it would take to get him? No.

Would still prefer Getzlaf over any of our Cs.

I would too, but the amount that it would cost to get him makes me very skeptical. His work ethic is not there even surrounded by great players.

Getzlaf is as lazy as they come. On another note a great pass by Yemelin that led to a Russian goal.

How the heck did Canada lose? Granted they have Schenn, Phaneuf, Bouwmeester as D but I think there's still enough talent to beat Slovakia.

What more do you need to lose? That is the trifecta of failure.
