So I got my Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE and it is awesome!

Spent all Friday night/ Saturday getting everything set up: Wallpapers, Wifi, apps, contacts, ringtones etc. etc.

I go to take a picture today... "Warning: Camera Failed"

Did everything online to try to fix. Ended up doing a damned factory reset... didn't fix it. Back to Rogers tomorrow. All that work for nothing

So I'm starting to collect autographed 8x10's. What's a nice way to hang them up? I know I could just go grab a bunch of frames but I think that might be a bit boring.

Make your own frames out of hockey sticks.

They wouldn't budge on the actual price of the phone which ended my streak of never paying full price for ANYTHING. So I should be recieving my new LG Optimus in the mail this week.
I hate Telus so much. My friend went to the one by Portage place and purchased a Samsung Galaxy II. She didn't know much about the phone except that it was the one that I wanted to get, so she figured it must be good. When I saw it I told her that it wasn't the right phone. She looked on line and realized I was right. She went back to get the right phone and they told her that they didn't carry the II. They refused to refund her money no matter what she said. She had purchased a one year insurance on it, which was good because two days later it got run over by a bus. She has the worst luck. So she was told it would take three weeks for the insurance to kick in, and another two or more months for the phone to be replaces with an "equivalent" model. Not the same phone. They are now refusing to suspend her monthly service during the time she waits for the new one. So she's paying for a phone and data plan she can't use.

Yeah, that's the point where you cancel and accept the fees associated with that. Get the heck away!

Bingo.

Just ask to talk to retention and reem them out. That's what I did and now I have a my20 with unlimited data and texting for $50.

They do not want to lose customers.

The way I figure it is, every carrier are crooks, so I just go with the crooks that has the best coverage. Here in Alberta that is Telus. With Telus, everytime I've had a billing issue, they've always refunded the money and even threw in a perk (usually 100 minutes free LD). Plus, I never deal with a broker, I always phone their customer service. Sucks waiting a few days to get the new in the mail, but you always avoid the $35 activation fee by doing yourself.

Anybody know when the LTE network will be available in Canada? My new phone will aparently be LTE capable.

Finally booked an appointment for tomorrow morning to get my chipped wisdom tooth looked at. The pain is pretty bad now, had to take the day off work. Even Advil and Tylenol won't kill the pain anymore, so time to do something.

I don't know what was more of a fail. The guy who tried to lay a hit but ended up taking most of the damage or the glass breaking.

Tornado risk, called it. Expect a steep drop in temperature as cold air is moving in from Arizona?!?!?!

When Winnipeg becomes a Tropical Paradise and Arizona falls under 40 cm of snow, the crap has hit the fan. What was that about Hockey Markets and the Natural Formation of Ice again?
