Most people think Vincour should play RW on Benn's line, not Burish. But its worked the past few games so w/e. Wandell could easily play in the top 6 and looked quite good there when Benn was out as well.
Peterson is a healthy scratch an has never been in our top 6.. honestly where did you get our line info from? It's horrible haha.
He didn't literally blow anything up, set anything on fire, or sewer the team.
He used his words, poorly, you could say very poorly. But there were no actions. Words should be resolveable, a sticks and stones premise we learn in kindergarden.
Again in a pro capacity its a requirement for people to get over some ill advised words.
There was turning back.
But thats enough of that, onto another difficult game against a good opponent.
One thing I have to wonder since Souray is still quite clearly pissed from the situation. Maybe management talked to him about coming back and playing out his contract and Sheldon told them to **** off. He possibly knew that the team's only option after that would be to buy him out or a team would take a gamble and pick him up on waivers. I think even if he signed for 1.5ish or so he was coming out ahead money wise(with the buyout plus new contract).
That side of the story never really came up because Sheldon refuses to talk to Edmonton media because he claims they twisted his story and words or something like that.

Oh there we go, completely forgot about Benn, hah not sure why no one even questioned that, lol.

Well what we know is Sheldon was prepared and ready to come for TC and was expecting to be here and the team refused his want to attend TC under the premise that he would be bad cancer poison to the young players on the team.. This is a known.

Benn would look good in an Oilers jersey. 1st round pick+Gagner for Benn.

Yeah for last season. Sorry I was talking about mending fences after that.

Took the lines from the Pittsburgh GDT on their board because the GDT on your board, while very comprehensive, didn't have the lineup from what I could tell.
Unfortunately one of the things that age and experience with life teaches us is people make mistakes, say the wrong things, screw up royally.
Anybody that hasn't is either perfect or dishonest.
This isn't Czarist rule where somebody gets banished to Siberia or Hershey. One would think its possible for professional adults to at some point resolve differences and move on.
Its far from isolated either. From Buffalo to Montreal to Washington **** gets stated and its up to the players and orgs to work through tensions and boil overs as skillfully as they can. Get over differences, resolve differences. To not do that is at great cost to everybody involved.
Hell this is a messageboard and theres more expectations around that.
i agree, at teh end of the day if management wasnt all but hurt we could have souray on our defence instead of Barker
