meh, even if they score 3, I haven't seen an inspired Zach since he knocked down Pronger and scored on that breakaway.

No I'm agreeing with you. Zach stepped up big time and I really think this could be a turning point after 4 straight tough losses that could have gone either way....if certain people finished their chances.

Signature win maybe since there haven't been many easy ones...but turning point when this team was twelve over and fifteen over at one point?! No, the real turning point was the Ranger game right after the All-Star break, when the Devils were 'actually' in danger of missing the playoffs tied for the last spot, after the four-game losing streak going into the break. That started a string of our beating good teams and seperating ourselves from the pack.

Basically this...although it actually was that in inverse for the Caps since they were flying high off their recent three-game winning streak and dramatic comeback against the Isles, and they went from that to booing the **** out of the team even worse than we booed the Devils last year
