What a boring, frustrating, waste of two and a half hours.

Corrupt ********.
That's ****ing sickening. You know something is ****ed up when the guys who are paid to be unbiased pull that kind of ****.
There have been 4 PPs in the Calgary/Anaheim game... for each team.
Someone should check the stats for our last 20 games or so and check out how many PPs..
by someone I mean not me because Im lazy :d, i think we had 3 in the jets game and 2 of those were makeup calls
Time to put the kids back together. Regardless who is on the second line, they are most likely not going to contribute, anyway. We are a one-line team. Might as well put our best players together.
The NHL has indirectly increased the injury rate within the NHL by speeding the game up through the penalizing of hooking and holds. This is a trial period, where the refs are letting the holding and hooking penalties go to see if the game is safer, for one, and to see how the game fares as a whole. In short, **** them.
Petry was the best Oiler tonight by a mile. Guy was a physical force out there.
He was pretty much the only bright spot along with screwing Calgary.
Agreed, I thought he was dominant and probably won't get credit for it because it was such a crappy game overall. I don't think he missed a single pass tonight.

*Conspiracy hat off*
I've wondered this too. Another reason might be to discourage diving.
Hall gets sticked in the face, Eberle gets sticked in the face, Smyth gets popped in the nose, couple guys got yanked down...
Didn't realize the refs were bloody children. I have to apologize to Narnia, she was bang on with the refs. I bet they wont face a single bit of discipline for their obvious corruption.
Tencer tweeted that the oil have had 19pp's in the last 10 games. Less then 2/game. Penalties are down sure but that's flat out ********* and bias. Do your ******* jobs you butthurt *****es. Waaaaah the oilers complained! Um news flash. If you're a ref or a dentist, everyone hates you. Get over it.
Really? We have a few posters (one in particular) making these wild accusations for a couple of years and they get ridiculed. Bob says it, and it's the truth? I don't buy it. There are certain realities, like "veteran teams" getting veteran calls, but I don't believe the refs huddled together before this game and said, "let's get them son's a *****es tonight!"

What game were you watching? Hemsky was probably one of the best players on the ice tonight. Keep Hall-RNH-Hemsky together and put Smyth back up with Gagner and Eberle. We really need a 2nd line LW and a 3rd line RW.
