Don't know why people would be upset at the prospect of Rosehill being called up when lots of people around here complained about a lack of toughness. If he was at least his role would serve a purpose unlike the likes of Lombardi and Crabb who attribute nothing to the team with no defined role. Nothing worse then a player on a team that doesn't have a defined role within the team and we've got a few of those as it stands.
In Anaheim Carlyle had George Parros and he dressed regularly, and so Rosehill is that new Parros now (for now anyway)..
Signature: There is no greater demonstration of Fan patience then to suggest to "Play the Kids " and be willing to accept the consequences of those actions..
Only thing I don't like about it is our forward corps are ill-equipped to adapt to his style save for Kulemin, Steckel, and Brown. The others are small and/or passionless and incapable of forechecking
i hope the only reason Grabovski isn't on that list is because you forgot about him...cause if you think he's passionless and incapable of forecheck you're simply off your rocker. some others come to mind too.
I actually think Grabo will be more valuable player as a 3rd line checking center, I would give him the role of facing the other team's top line along with Kule and Armstrong. Not as much as emphasis on scoring but checking them. It's a paridigm shift, from run and gun scoring to defense 1st hockey. Hopefully Connolly and Mac can score on the 2nd line to take pressure off of the Bozak line. But I think this is a good idea.
Grabo, Army and Kule as the shutdown line that can chip in a few goals.
Army and Kule do have the size and are our better wingers along the wall.
