"Garth Snow's Day Off" was fun, but this may be my favorite one yet.

You forget Mottau... I predict a Goal, an assist on Rolston's goal and a fight against Streit.

In fairness to Snow, he only gave Nino his word in saying, "I told him he would be with us." - He never promised him that he would actually play.
This thread is so good that I won't have to watch the game. Reading the synopsis tells the whole story.
The good news: Exciting, meaningful hockey is only about five weeks away.
The bad news: Our brass is made up of Wang, Snow, and bobble heads with a pull-string.

this should get ugly rather quickly. The game that is not the GDT.
If the Islanders thought the Flyer brought a big strong game at them, well then- oh you guys know I can't be bothered....
Thanks LAW

Good luck today guys/gals!
The way we've been scoring (or lack of) you guys will likely shut us out.

Just huge props on the GDT Law. I want to enjoy the day with my family so I will watch this tonight, maybe play Albinoni's Adagio in the background with the sound off so I can't hear Butch and his Koolaid.

And our team has nothing on yours. Your club has looked so different after Sinden went away. If only the Isle's owner would go away as well...

Per @StapeNewsday Grabner out with an illness, Nino in. Wonder if we will see Nino in top nine minutes. Feel a point today!

SOOOOO glad I'm not going to be able to watch this one today. But then again, it looks like I'm going to the game with my brother tomorrow. Why do I torture myself?
