and they're certainly not 22 bucks each for season ticket holders.. those are north of 40
False.. Upper balconies behind defensive end were $22 for season tickets this season, with a face of around $60 to $69 depending on opponent.. The balconies behind the attack side are $28 with the same face.. It's great for STH, though they are making the lower rows prices go up for '12 - '13

Thank you sir!!!! I finally got something right. Lol
yup those 100 level seats are somewhere above 40 but have 63 printed on them.. i have a friend who sits in 124 for the devils and is a sth. anyways at least the tickets we forward to people or print out dont have prices printed on them
This is because devils have tiered pricing for individual games...rangers are highest tier while some games can be bought a lot cheaper as value games...price on ticket is what you would pay at box office for that one game.....average of all games is season ticket holder per game price and i think some type of discount is added in...mets in baseball do same thing
Thanks - I just wanted to make sure I read it correctly.
It seems the 200s row 15 is where the $50 seats start. Seems like a pretty good price if you are comparing it to the row in front for $73. I am in row 10 and starting to wonder if 5 rows is worth $943/seat.
Well, I was section 313, Row M... loved it as I had the wall behind me. I enjoyed being able to sit up on the seat, or stand if I wanted to.
They've moved me to 222 Row 14. It is NOT worth another $23 per game. I will be calling my rep and asking to move back a row. If I don't get it... I will have to look for someone willing to go in on me with the tickets, and basically buy up my whole season (except for the few games I want). I would say I would just outright not renew, but I don't want to give up the years I've put in. That said, if I find no one... bye bye tickets.
I have actually asked my rep about this. Why not print the tickets with the actual cost of buying individually rather than what we pay. I buy one or two devil-ranger games a year from a friend. I give him face value. I think this year they were $48, but he only pays something like $31 per ticket. I give him the extra $17 because I know he eats other games. He pays $31, but all his tickets are printed with the amount a person would pay if they walked up to the box office and bought. So, the popular games he is able to make a few bucks at the same time sell for face value. Less popular games he can give a discount off the face value, but still make a few bucks or at least get his money back.
What did he/she say? I've always thought they should put the higher face on our tickets.
Yup... Balcony level... They are very good for 22 dollar full season tickets... That's what the devils charged this year for the defensive zone in the balcony 100 level
And, they STILL can't fill the building on most nights. So, maybe it is not all about the pricing?

Finally got the email with the playoff & renewal info, three days AFTER MessierIsGod first got his info in the snail mail. I guess they take their sweet time to get info out to some people.
has anybody who is displeased with their new locations next year that have spoken to their rep yet? i would love to know what everybody's rep has been sayng to them
i got off the phone with my rep about 30 mins ago. i played dumb and acted as if i didn't know where my seats will be next year. i said whats going on for next year? he tells me everything will be sent out during this week and youll know. i then say well the seats are going to be together next year like you promised right? he goes well when you get your invoice if the seats are not together theres another special list that your on, right now the location is basically just "prelimary" as he put it. i would love to hear everybody elses experiences?

Just got my email too. Still nothing mailed to me. Tried to call my new rep earlier and got an error message that her VM box is full and I couldnt leave a message. It sucks for us but these reps must be going through hell this week.
Got all the stuff in the mail today, so everyone should be getting their stuff today or tomorrow. 2 different packets, one with playoff info, and than your stuff for next year which is a 10 page picture book with renovation renderings that I believe are ones everyone has seen already.
Hey guys, not sure if this is the place to ask, but I'm moving back to NY after graduation in June, planning on buying season tickets in either the 300s or 400s. Is there still a waiting list? If not, how late before they'll sell out?

There's a waiting list but a lot of people will be dropping out so there's an outside chance there might be some openings in the $50-$79 range. You'll have to wait until summer to find out, but should at least get on the list now. Give them a call 212-465-6073.

Sounds great, thanks!
EDIT: Ah, I see on the rangers website they just put something up saying to call the number you listed if interested in tix for 12-13.
What are the face-to-face appointments?
There are multiple methods by which you can accept your new seat location (online, mail, phone and in person). If you are not comfortable accepting your new location by sending in your invoice, speaking with our Dedicated Experience Manager or using our online program, face-to-face appointments are also available. Appointments will begin in mid-March. The date of your appointment will not affect your seat assignment or tenure in any way. When meeting face-to-face with a member of our Dedicated Experience Manager Team, you will have the option to accept your new location or decline your new location. If you choose to decline, you may elect to participate in a secondary relocation process (see next page for more information).
Will I have any input regarding my seat location in the transformed Garden?

anyone remember the blue seat bar that was pushed when the first renderings of the new msg came out? looks like thats gone, replaced by traditional concession stands. would have been cool if they were in the deadspace behind the wheel chair sections behind the upper 200's sections

I was led to believe that the secondary relocation is going to happen AFTER the upgrade process. If anyone knows differently, please let us know.
The other downside to going for the secondary relocation will probable be no 10% discount on playoff tickets.

This post is exactly the same as my situation. Especially the bolded part, I'm going to miss that the most.
