Hate to say it still lots of games left, but the fat lady is juuuuust about ready to end our misery of a season! Our lack of scoring from the beginning came back to bite us in the @ss!
Other than top talent what player(s) do you wnat the kings to go after in the offseason. PLayers that you could expect to get around or below 2 mil.
I would like Travis Moan, Jordin Tootoo or David Moss.
They all seem like the type of players who compete and play hard every shift no matter what the score is.

Moen won't get anything less than 3 million, Tootoo will remain with Nashville, Moss will be another bottom 6 forward that we wouldn't need. We need someone like Ryan Jones/Cal Clutterbuck.

Are either availbable cause I agree they would be awesome.
Moss has alot of speed and is used as a top 6 guy in calgary, and often does not look out of place.
I think Moan will get a raise but not that much of one.
San Jose, Los Angeles, and Anaheim were suppose to be the cream of the crop of the pacific division. Dallas and Phoenix an after thought. As it sits right now. The Sharks, Kings and Ducks are out and the Stars and Coyotes are in.
It's the case all over the place. Who would've guessed that Washington would in a dog fight for the final playoff spot and St. Louis would lead the league in points.
Btw, when was the last time there was no California team in the playoffs?
Going off memory. I think it's only happened once. In 1996.
Sharks went in 94 and 95. Ducks went in 97. Kings/Sharks in 98. Sharks/Ducks in 99. Kings/Sharks in 2000, 2001, 2002. Ducks in 2003. Sharks in 2004. Ducks/Sharks in 06, 07, 08, 09. Kings/Sharks in 2010. All three in 2011.

And then throw in things like...before Christmas Edmonton and Minnesota looked to be in really good positions.
Vancouver was out of a playoff spot.
Ottawa was one of the worst teams in the league
A spin on Hawthorne, Teams are always rising and falling in the NHL.
