I can actually. Beagle and Hendricks are indeed hard workers. Orlov is having a game too. This whole season is just a confusing situation.

If this was 4 months ago, the same guys now defending Hunter/McPhee were actively wishing for the Caps to lose games so Boudreau would be fired. They were actually wishing for the team to lose.

He's got every right to twist the knife.

Just joining the discussion. Surprised at the extreme negativity. Watching game w/ sound turned off, so maybe I'm missing key aspects. But overall we seem to be skating hard, hitting, generating chances, and competing and giving a s--t. Am i wrong?

When someone uses a phrase you have used in another thread, and then throws it around in a sarcastic way in the hopes of getting a negative response I would classify that as trolling. The fact it comes from a MOD is even more hilarious.

I guess "Do as I say, not as I do" is the rule around here. When it suits some.

Pretty accurate, but it doesn't really matter when they have no hope of finding the back of the net.

Very much an indictment of GMGM.

Can we see Beagle on the top line? His hands are better than Brouwers and for gods sake, Acoin got shoved up there as well. Maybe he's able to pot some of the chances these other guys can't.

I can't believe there are still OV apologists. He's been terrible. Not finishing scoring chances and fumbling the puck all over the place, never mind the apathy in the D zone.

He's let down the franchise and the fans with his piss poor year.

Don't worry, he was a simpleton and just removing him will cause our team to get 100% better. Any person could win with that roster*.

*Glen Hanlon and Dale Hunter are giraffes.

No, you're right. Just an unfortunate goal by the Flyers and some saves by Bryz, otherwise we might be leading this.

Uhh Ovechkin has been fine in his own zone, the ****ing defense man are the problem, have no ****ing clue how to get it past a blue line without it going to an opposing player.

Not at all....aside from no goals, Caps have been in it and carrying the play at times. Good game so far.
