Just wanting to clarify since I recieved a pm about it. The free agent signing rule of 3 max applies to undrafted free agents. You can sign however many UFAs you want when it comes to free agency but the number of UNDRAFTED FREE AGENTS will be capped at 3. This is to prevent a single GM from signing 20 guys who would have been drafted in the 4th round of this years draft.

When it comes to NTCs, I believe I should have to provide justification.

So the 2 that have come into play. Ryan Kesler's NTC doesn't kick in until July 1, 2012 thus he has no say.

Paul Martin's NTC is limited to 8 teams he would not go to. Since the Islanders were in the bidding for him and he almost signed there, although he ended up taking less money to go to Pittsburgh, I did not include them on the list of 8.
