I think ya'll are confused.

Glencross is awesome. Legit 25G scorer. Kills penalties and has a breakaway-creating-machine that he's not sharing with anyone. A Scrooge McDuck's Jones. And he's growing a huge troll/agitator side to his game.

Pronger Unhappy In Philly?

Sources from the Philly media have disclosed that Pronger is unhappy with the way that managment has dealt with his concussions. While he is expected to make a full recovery, he is reportedly willing to waive his NTC for the right team.

Holmgrem has responded by saying he will respect Pronger's decision even though he feels that they have dealt with his injury issues with the utmost responisbility. He will only move him though for the right pieces though. The rumoured asking price is:

1st Rnd Pick/Top Prospect + Depth Forward + additional pick(s)/prospect(s). (Other deals may be offered as well if feeling adventurous )

Any team willing to deal for a top pairing dman on a long term deal, feel free to PM. Will consider all offers before deciding.

@TSNBobMckenzie

Looks like Perry might be leaving Anaheim. Still listening on deals for Lubo, Beauchamin, Lydman, and my 2 second round picks.

Just to clarify, injured players like Pronger and Crosby will be healthy and good to go in training camp.

Guys like Savard will remain on LTIR.

Not to mention Flames now owe us a favor or two now for refilling their prospect pool. I expect they will be compliant with future flyer requests
Dont listen to them. If anything, Calgary carries massive bust potential in Schenn. He has yet to live up to any of the hype and it may never happen. Glencross is a solid acquisition and Karlsson can play.

Pronger has told the media he will be ready to go come training camp. His wish for a trade still stands. (Please see post a few posts ago)

Best offers for him. PM if interested.

UPI Pronger caught with hand in cookie jar!

Reports out of Philly are saying that Chris Pronger, star defenseman for the Philadelphia Flyers, has been in an ongoing extramarital relationship with Cookie Wilson, longtime Nanny for the Pronger family. Chris Pronger has declined to comment, but Lauren Pronger has stated that she filed for divorce ten days ago.

Eberle has more goals and more assists for 1/5th of the price. It's not like I traded Hordichuk

To be fair to the Philly GM, Glencross has way better numbers and intangibles than Schenn and a lower caphit.

Exactly. Why in the world would Edmonton trade a top ten scorer on an elc who is 21, for a 9.5 cap hit for the next ten years?

Ah, because it was a condition of getting Alzner who is the person I wanted

Okay, I was not going to approve any Pronger deal however the other GM made a very strong argument.
Keep that in mind going forward. As long as you can make a good case I will consider waiving any players NTC.

Buffalo Sabres have traded Drew Stafford, Nathan Gerbe, Mark Pysyk and a 3rd round pick to Philadelphia for Chris Pronger and Zac Rinaldo.

With things taking a turn for the worse in his personal life, Pronger approached Philly management requesting a trade. Buffalo owner Terry Pagula was instrumental in convincing Pronger that Buffalo had not only the will to win now, but the cheque book to back it up.

With a back end consisting of Pronger, Myers, Regehr, Leopold, Ehrhoff, Sekera, and newly drafted Morgan Rielly, along with all star goalie Ryan Miller, the Sabres look to be serious contenders next year.

Buffalo is also pleased to announce that they have re-signed Brad Boyes to a three year 9.3 million dollar contract.

The Colorado Avalanche are very pleased to announce the following re-signings:

Kevin Porter: 1 year @ $.9M
Peter Mueller: 2 years @ $2.4M/yr
Milan Hejduk: 1 year @ $2.25M
Erik Johnson: 5 years @ $4.25M/yr
Ryan Wilson: 3 years @ $2.75M/yr
Steve Downie: 3 years @ $3.6M/yr

The Avalanche continue to search for a top 4 Dman, and will look at both trade options and the free agent market.
