Yeah , teams like Detroit , Colorado , Philadelphia.IMO there should be a limit because 7 millions is too much for a prospect.If you sign him for 7 millions , He won`t be still able to play in the pros next year.Waste of money ...

The limit for a prospect is 1,8 millions a think but the Bonus doesn't count.r

The maximum of salary for one prospect is 1.8 millions . If all team give this to Crosby , Crosby will go to the team he wants to.He will have many choices.
