Was weird because I played as a Redguard (and looked incredibly Persian) but whatever... suck it, Tulius.

Just like in Star Wars I never identified with the rebel. Despite their tendency to build Death Stars, Iíve always been more of an empire man. Now I am off to kill some more rebels at their camps while looking for another Amulet of Mara, stupid wife got too close to the blood dragon while I shouted at it.

As long as I get to kill Elves I'm happy. There's a fort somewhere around Solitude that looks like a Thalmor Embassy... going to head there in a minute and introduce the Aldmeri to Odahviing.

Why are you taking your wife with you to kill dragons in the first place?

I ended up marrying my follower and we were on our way to discover the Lady Stone when we got attacked

That sucks. I didn't want to marry a follower because some of the NPCs can give you 100 gold everyday (they run an 'in-home' store), and you can let it stack up over time and collect it later.

Very ****** reasons for marrying, I know, but when the marriage aspect is so streamlined I ended up not caring about my wife at all. She is as valuable to me as the money she rakes in

(I realize this makes me sound like a Nord Pimp)

Yeah, same here. This is why you really need to do the main quests very early in the game. I waited way too long to do them and I ended up exactly like in that comic: receiving steel armor as a gift when I was already wearing Legendary Daedric. It sucks the fun out of receiving rewards in the game. I imagine that it's pretty thrilling to receive that steel armor at the point in the game when the designers expected you to do the quest, but waiting just a little bit too long and you rob yourself of that thrill.

Agreed. Once you're level 40+ the main quest becomes unchallening/unrewarding. But it was still miles better than ES4's main quest, and in my opinion, one of the only good storylines in the game. The faction quests were really supbar... like the Dark Brotherhood's. Oh my.

Well. I decided to start a new game on the side. The game straight up deleted my last game. I didn't save over it; I save manually, and I noticed that my previous character wasn't even there. It's just freaking gone.

Guess I'm starting over. I'm going with a combo of sword/magic. It's probably for the better, my last character was too good at arching and sneaking. Wrecking everyone from a mile away was getting boring.

You need to talk to Christopher Plummer-beard, forget what his actual name is.

Reading Ulfr's book made me laugh way harder than a decent person should laugh.

Dragon just attacked me at Winterhold College the moment after Ancano began his shenanigans. With everyone outside, it got thoroughly slaughtered
